Online Panel Series: ‘Recipes to Fuel the Fandom’ by Press X to Cook!

ThunderCon is excited to welcome Press X to Cook, the nerdy culinary adventure hosted by Ziggy Grimm, to its 2024 programming with an all-new, all-online panel series: “Recipes to Fuel the Fandom”!

Beginning Sunday, August 3rd and running weekly through September 7th, Ziggy Grimm will host a series of live virtual cooking demos featuring ThunderCon partners, donors, and featured vendors—all cooked up with a nerdy twist! From seafood-inspired post-apocalyptic dishes to fantasy-themed baking, each episode will bring the tastes of fandom to life while shining a spotlight on the incredible community behind ThunderCon.

💥 Expect:

• Live nerdy cooking and baking demos from Ziggy’s kitchen

• Fandom-themed dishes inspired by ThunderCon supporters (think Mirelurk Crab Legs from Fallout, or Hyrule-inspired fish feasts!)

• Giveaways each episode, including a pair of ThunderCon tickets and fun, nerdy kitchen swag

• Guest appearances and interviews with some of ThunderCon’s amazing vendors and partners

This series will stream live on Sundays and is designed for all audiences—fun, educational, and family-friendly, just like ThunderCon itself.
