Code of Conduct
Respect. Inclusivity. Community.
ThunderCon is more than just a convention—it’s a place where fans, creators, and guests come together to celebrate what they love in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space. All attendees, vendors, staff, and guests are expected to uphold this standard by following our Code of Conduct.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Offensive verbal comments or behavior that creates a hostile environment.
- Unwanted sexual attention or conduct, including inappropriate comments or advances.
- Intimidation, stalking, or following others without consent.
- Unwanted photography or recording of attendees without their permission.
- Disrupting panels, events, or activities in a way that prevents others from enjoying them.
- Physical contact without clear, enthusiastic consent.
- Retaliation against individuals who report harassment.
These rules apply both in person and online (including social media). Violators may be removed from the convention without a refund and/or banned from future events.
Reporting Harassment
If you experience or witness harassment, please:
- Find a staff member (look for ThunderCon lanyards, or go to the Welcome booth).
- Report the situation — our team is trained to handle concerns with discretion.
- If you feel unsafe, seek help immediately — ThunderCon staff can contact security or law enforcement as needed.
Our top priority is to believe and support attendees who come forward. Retaliation against those who report harassment will not be tolerated.

- Attendees of all gender identities and orientations are entitled to the same level of respect in their interactions.
