Please note media passes will be provided to organizations prior to the event and must be worn by members of the media attending ThunderCon while performing their duties. Media passes for accredited agencies can be requested by contacting ThunderCon’s media relations team: [email protected]

1. If you would like to interview a guest outside of the convention, you must contact the media relations team to see if or when the guest is available. Time for guests is extremely limited, and for some, extra interviews may not be feasible.
2. Media accredation does not give automatic access to celebrities and all interview requests MUST be submitted to the media relations team.
3. ThunderCon is a fan convention, and while at their autograph tables, GUESTS ARE STRICTLY THERE TO SIGN AUTOGRAPHS AND SPEAK WITH FANS, NOT TO CONDUCT INTERVIEWS.
4. The purchase of autographs/photo ops are the responsibility of each individual and is not included with any pass, including media.
5. “Drive-by” style (unapproved interviews) with guests are FORBIDDEN. Impromptu on-site interviews must be coordinated and approved by members of the media relations team.
