What a weekend!

ThunderCon 2026 has officially come to a close, and we are still buzzing from all the energy, creativity, laughter, and fandom that filled the Superior Inn Hotel & Conference Centre.

This year brought a big change as we moved ThunderCon to a brand-new location — and you showed up and moved with us. We cannot thank you enough for embracing the change, finding your way to our new location, and helping make this weekend such a success.

To our amazing guests, thank you for sharing your talents, stories, creativity, and time with our community. You helped make this weekend truly special.

To our vendors, artists, creators, and exhibitors, thank you for filling our marketplace with incredible treasures, artwork, crafts, collectibles, and all the things our fandom-loving hearts could ask for.

To our organizers and behind-the-scenes team, thank you for all the planning, problem-solving, late nights, early mornings, and countless little details that made the weekend possible.

To our volunteers, our real-life superhero squad — THANK YOU. ThunderCon simply would not happen without you. From registration and guest support to programming, cosplay, gaming, setup, teardown, and everything in between, you brought your superpowers when we needed them most.

And most importantly…

Thank you to our con-goers.

You showed up.

We saw so many familiar faces, and so many new ones. We saw incredibly creative cosplays, characters brought to life, friendships being made, fandoms being celebrated, and so, so many smiles.

You are what makes ThunderCon what it is.

ThunderCon has always been about bringing people together to celebrate the things they love, and this weekend reminded us exactly why we keep doing what we do.
