ThunderCon is run 100% by volunteers, who love our community and are passionate about sharing our fandoms with others. As ThunderCon grows, so does our need for more help to make sure things continue to run smoothly.

We’re recruiting Volunteer Superheroes for Thunder 2026 Weekend (September 19 & 20, 2026)! Whether your superpower is super strength, cosplay, tech skills, or helping others, you are welcome on our superhero squad! ThunderCon is a safe, fun, and inclusive way to earn volunteer hours, meet fellow fandom lovers, and help bring the magic of ThunderCon to life.

No cape required… but highly encouraged!
